Called the customer service line my self. Got the automated recording on what sites are effected. Talked to a person but they would not release their name to the press. I also am one that experienced part of the outage. Customers report are just general reports I got from people when asking around the city. DragonFire1024 04:30, 1 May 2007 (UTC)
- Made a call again to Time warner. Agent said that the renewal of IP addresses to customers who had the former Adelphia service caused most of the issues with not being able to connect to the internet. DragonFire1024 11:24, 1 May 2007 (UTC)
