  • I hope to get to this in an hour or so, unless somebody beats me there. One sentence needs recast. "The notorious hacker and self-described "troll", along with co-defendant Daniel Spitler (who pled guilty), was convicted by federal jury in November 2012 by a New Jersey court under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, with counts of conspiracy and identify theft." The way that reads, Spitler was convicted both by jury trial and by his own plea.
