Talk:Wal-Mart accused of workers rights violations

Ironic ... edit

I find it slightly ironic that Wal-Mart are being critisised for this when the issue of their spending millions of dollars to avoid paying $1,000 medical bills from US workers' work-related injuries goes ignored.

One is more severe in human cost than another, but still - it's funny that people overlook what's going on with their own neighbours, tacitly granting corporate America permission to figuratively rape them repeatedly. In both cases, they oppress their own workers and show their gratitude and respect for them by forcing them into and holding them in poverty. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Dex Otaku (talkcontribs) 07:10, 16 September 2005
