Pitt Bulls

We have a neighbor with two pittbulls I have four children. The female pitt seems fine but the male pitt the owners do not seem to be able to control. The female has gotten out before and is freindly but if the male gets out I'm scared of what he might do. Is there anything we can do or we just have to wait for him to bite someone?

The only message you are sending to people is to judge dogs based on their appearance! Just because a dog "looks like a pitbull" does not mean it is a pitbull.
