In such cases we always give them credit for having gotten the exclusive, of course; but in this case, there's nothing here to show they (I'm guessing Seven News, from the marking on the camera) have themselves published their exclusive yet. I'm uncomfortable potentially scooping Seven News (or whoever it is) on their exclusive, in an ordinary situation like this.
