Freshness

Slipping in a couple of sentences does not automatically freshen an article, especially when it was inserted on the (roughly) 4th paragraph. However, you did insert a solid source AND what you wrote does help freshen things. This article's focus, as-it-were is a bit spread out, but: we need articles on this project like this, concerning this war, so I am going to bend policy just a wee bit here.
