Revert

I reverted two edits to this article to the last sighted version. The reason for reverting the IP edit should be pretty obvious, but for the other one I point to the archive conventions, where it says that significant edits (which I take to mean anything not minor, and the inclusion of new content is included in that) should not be made 2-3 days after the article is published.
