The same group who lodged the complaint with the UN, also had the administrator rights revoked on Facebook, for the 'Bradley Manning Support Network' per a "terms of service" violation. Not sure if that would fit in the article, so I left it out, and will leave it up to the reviewer to add anything: What happened to our facebook page.... contradiction in sources

the source claims: [1] "The office of Manfred Nowak, special rapporteur on torture in Geneva, received a complaint from one of Pfc. Bradley Manning's supporters alleging conditions in a Marine Corps brig in Quantico, Va., amount to torture, said spokesperson Xabier Celaya."

However, the UN claims that Manfred Nowak is not special rapporteur on torture as of november 1. http://www2.ohchr.org/english/issues/torture/rapporteur/

Personally it seems more likely the office of the united nations high commisioner of Human rights is more likely to be right on staffing issues then the Washington post. Bawolff ☺☻ 05:56, 24 December 2010 (UTC)

Probably, but we don't know when the complaint was filed. According to this source, they have been complaining since just after his imprisonment. Since the UN is investigating, I don't think the mention of the person's name is Warranted. So I changed it to read: "Last week, it was announced that supporters for Manning lodged a complaint with the Office of The United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva, Switzerland, saying that the conditions of his cell and the treatment he is receiving, amount to "torture."
