Title

Is it just me or is the title kind of biased and presumptive? It's a matter of opinion whether or not it actually protects rights, rather, it should be it's declaring it's going to protect rights. --Poisonous (talk) 05:32, 13 December 2008 (UTC)

Then feel free to change it; but IMHO alternatives such as "UN General Assembly approves OP-ICESCR" are either too long, too obscure, or both. --IdiotSavant (talk) 07:16, 13 December 2008 (UTC)
