Talk:UN General Assembly approves measures to protect economic, social and cultural rights
Quote sources: AI = AI press release, FIDH = NGO press release, UN HR experts = 2nd UN press release ("Economic, social and cultural rights: legal entitlements rather than charity" say UN Human Rights Experts).
Title
editIs it just me or is the title kind of biased and presumptive? It's a matter of opinion whether or not it actually protects rights, rather, it should be it's declaring it's going to protect rights. --Poisonous (talk) 05:32, 13 December 2008 (UTC)
- Then feel free to change it; but IMHO alternatives such as "UN General Assembly approves OP-ICESCR" are either too long, too obscure, or both. --IdiotSavant (talk) 07:16, 13 December 2008 (UTC)
