Beow is a copy notes I made -
Yvette cooper introduced the bill (Labour)
Philip Hammond says the bill should have just applies to Northern Rock, not every other bank. Says if crisis happens again that should go through parliament again.Says not enogh time to discuss(conservative)
Simon Hughes said he accepts nationalistaion is required but that he thinks the bill should be passed through over a longer period of time to allow the House of commons to fullt review the bill. (Lib Dem)
