I think this is OK to publish but there's actually loads more useful background that could be added, drawing on those source articles. Probably the main big issue I've not included a source for (there is a load of stuff out there) is the public controversy surrounding the issue at the moment in the UK - especially so with respect to the withdrawl from Uzbekistan of the British Ambassador Craig Murray, who had spoken out against the use of information extracted under torture. • Doesn't it depend on how hungry the fleas are?
