The article explains that he was not conviced of "murder", but "negligent homicide". The title should reflect the facts, so I suggest changing it back (with the apostrophe) as it is factually correct that way and not quite as long as replacing "murder" by "negligent homicide". --vonbergm 05:20, 24 January 2006 (UTC)
