I was contacted by staff from Bathurst Hospital this morning following this incident last night. The staff person wishes to remain anonymous as they believe they breached health department guidelines by speaking to the media. The staff person identified themselves and told me the story of which part is quoted in the article.

I then contacted staff I knew at Hungry Jacks who also wish to remain anonymous who confirmed that Hungry Jacks was aware of the incident and named the three young males that were responsible.

At around 12PM I called Hungry Jacks Bathurst, identified myself and asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to Vicki: Q: Are you aware of an incident last night involving customers being poisoned with multi-purpose cleaner? A: No comment. Q: Will your company take action against the staff involved? A: No comment. Q: Do you condone this kind of behaviour Vicki then terminated the call.

At 9:30PM myself and another spoke to a manager "Josh" at Hungry Jacks Bathurst. He said that the boss "Adam" was monitoring the situation closely and was aware of the food contamination issue - Cartman02au (Talk)(AU Portal) 00:02, 23 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
