Reporting Notes edit

Sean McIntire is my friend and he found the turkey yesterday, I went to his house and followed him to the vet to get this unusuual story...

Conversation with sean after the incident, on the phone:

  • Sean:- Hey, guess what, I just found a f*cking turkey buried in the ground
  • Me:- A f*cking, like, a butterball turkey?
  • Sean:- No, A live turkey
  • Me:- What the f*ck
  • Sean:- Wanna come over and see this sh*t?
  • Me:- Yeah I will in a couple of hours when I finish dinner.

-Upon Arrival, standing in the front yard with sean and his dad:

  • Mr Mcintire:- And he was right here, in this hole
  • me:- did you find out who did it?
  • Mr Mcintire:- never
  • Sean:- were gonna go to the vet tonight, so if you wanna stay over, youve gotta find somewhere to be
  • Me:- nah, im gonna write on this
  • Sean:- what? ok... so you wanna go?
  • Me:- yes

At the vet's:

  • Rogers:- This turkey is dying
  • Me:- So, what caused the death
  • Rogers:- This trukey starved to death... The turkey must have been alive in the ground for at least 2 days, it takes at least that long for a turkey to -starve to death
  • Me:- so who could have done this?
  • Rogers:- The turkey is only 13 pounds, so pretty much anyone with a shovel
