There website used to source the info for this news item is owned by myself, it states on the site and I will state it again now "This information is available so it can be referenced, copied and distributed freely in any medium - please do so with our full permission"
Therefore it does not infringe on copyright. It is newsworthy as it follows the former news item on the church suing us.
