Weird sentence
edit"If convicted, the Americans will face legal proceeding in Haiti..." By definition, a large amount of legal proceeding occurs before a conviction. That's about 90% of the job if it goes to trial. Anyone get what's going on? Blood Red Sandman (Talk) (Contribs) 22:14, 7 February 2010 (UTC)
