Rape is indeed an act, and the headline reflected this accurately. Use of "act" refers to an earlier description of what occurred, namely the rape. It is similar to using "he" rather than looking childish by repeating someone's name. --Brian McNeil / ^talk 19:50, 18 November 2006 (UTC)
