yes, and it should be "Swiss citizens", not "Switzerland citizens". There is some background over there that could be included here to make clear what the significance of all this is. The context is also that EU politicians are pleased with the result, because the Swiss, who have a reputation of EU skepticism, have made this gesture of opening up towards the EU at a time when referenda within the EU (on the EU constitution), has shown how little support there is among the EU population for what goes on in Brussles. 16:48, 26 September 2005 (UTC)
