The information about Fincke achieving his childhood dream of flying aboard the shuttle came from the post-landing crew news conference, which was aired live on NASA TV at about 8:30 AM EDT. This information came from his answer to a request to comment on his first spaceflight aboard the Space Shuttle from a member of the press. The information about Rep.
