The docking times and hatch opening time was acquired from observation of live NASA TV broadcast online as the events happened. The technical and timing information regarding the delay in the hard-dock of the two spacecraft (shuttle and ISS) was acquired from the live mission status briefing on NASA TV. The same source was used for information regarding the installation of ELC-4 to the exterior of the ISS, as well as a few other details about flight events.
