- Well, it may not specifically specify LEO, but that's implied. Also, we don't currently have the technology for humans to survive outside of LEO for more than a few weeks (radiation much is lower in LEO than in interplanetary space). So... it kinda has to be Low Earth Orbit. Gopher65talk 13:49, 23 November 2010 (UTC)
