Abandoned: original author is globally locked edit
The account of the original authoror, Burnsboyamazing, has been globally locked. There were disruptive edits on Wikipedia as well that contributed to the global lock and it was determined at mSRG the posts here at en.Wikinews were nonsense.

Comments by reviewer: As it sits, this article might've had a chance two days ago -- as breaking news. However, the laundry list of cities is odd in tone. Also, the sources might fly as 'additional sources' but we really need (for a synthesis article) at least one credible news article. There might be time to gatwick this in a minor way, but it will have to happen very quickly. Questions about the above? Ask. Marked for speedy deletion as vandalism edit
I think it's time to put a stake in this one. I believe it was originally and continues to be vandalism. The original author was globally locked for posting nonsense to both en.wikinews and wikipedia. The IP:199.212.250.163 account is also possibly a vandal. None of the edits of this article by that account have materially improved it. Lastly, the article provides no sources. The links provided as sources are all searches.
