wikinews addresses a general & worldwide audience. all the section this and section that will have to be explained, if they are mentioned. from what i can find

  1. section 3, Arms Act sets out licensing requirements for arms[1]
  2. section 7 concerns possession of prohibited arms[2]
  3. section 25 determines punishment for vioaltions[3]
