Title

The new title misses the central point, namely that the interrogation methods authorized were, in the words of the Army report, "abusive and degrading". I suggest either reverting to the old title or changing the new one to "Salon: Rumsfeld allowed abusive and degrading interrogation methods at Guantanamo". --vonbergm 21:15, 15 April 2006 (UTC)
