I dont know where to start: the text in bold letters is too long, the story is POV, it was published without time for review...

The data in the article is newsworthy and could make for a nice article.... but not in its current form *back to "developing"* --82.141.53.251 20:42, 23 October 2005 (UTC)Reply

The POV on this article is ridiculous. It reads like pro-Lithuanian propaganda. Furthermore, there are no sources whatsoever. Has anyone seen a story on this anywhere else? Joshua Nicholson 21:21, 23 October 2005 (UTC)Reply

Please see some sources and opinions which I believe are more honest and better researched than the Russian propaganda you see on the BBC (to cover all of Eastern Europe from their Moscow bureau - doesn't seem strange?). http://www.jamestown.org/authors_details.php?author_id=105 or straight to one of the stories on this issue. Also, try Google News (and see how much there is of Russian propaganda, and how different it is from the opinion of all of Eastern Europe - silent, because expressed in native languages:)) Please don't see it as a romantic struggle between American capitalism and Cuba, or Venezuela. Russia is an entirely different animal. It's about time hearing the voice of the small (even though being pro-American is unfashionable - in the West). Šarūnas
