I was concerned because when I specified the year before, it has been removed. I don't have any issues, I just want to make sure there are no factual mistakes. Uh, OK. This is probably a foregone conclusion to most of the editors, but to someone who's reading the news to get the news, this means nothing. Who is RIA Novosti, why should I care about what they say, and what is their credibility? eg, "According to Georgian state news agency RIA Novosti," would state Who they are and their Credibility (Georgian state news agency in this example) and Why I should care (this is the state's view of themselves).
