"This act prevents the soliciting of people to murder Jews and other non-Muslim."

I don't the act is that specific.

That is true, nevertheless in this case that is how he has supposedly broken the law and so i do think it is still fair comment.

Thanks for pointing it out though! TG 21:54, 19 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

Yes, well a quick Google turns it up on http://www.gunculture.net/index.php/weblog/abu_hamza/ You simply can't google and grab a random image off the web for an article, even if there is no copyright message you should assume one exists. I've checked http://commoms.wikimedia.org, and there's nothing on Hamza that seems relevant. The picture on the Wikipedia article is pretty dreadful, and when you check it, it looks as if someone is asserting fair use from a BBC image. That might apply on Wikipedia, but it wouldn't apply here. We'd be gaining from a "competitor's" material. So, you may be SOL for a picture on this one. --Brian McNeil / talk 22:26, 19 January 2006 (UTC)Reply
So if its possible copy vio, and we cannot verify that, shouldn't we assume it is and remove it? Jason Safoutin 22:31, 19 January 2006 (UTC)Reply
I stuck a copyvio on it (the picture), just wait and see. --Brian McNeil / talk 22:38, 19 January 2006 (UTC)Reply
