North Korea stuff edit

title change edit
I think the title should be something like Putin blasts 'almost uncontained hyper use of force' by US, something that tells readers from the title that Putin is criticizing US' foreign policy of "preemptive strikes" and "use of force as the best policy". I didn't change it though, bc I couldn't come up with a brief title that reflects this Towsonu2003 20:09, 10 February 2007 (UTC)
