Talk:Putin blasts US foreign policy
North Korea stuffEdit
"Even such problem states like North Korea would not be able to build any missile in a foreseeable time necessitating such a defensive measure." - is this a quote from Putin? the article does not make it clear if it is. — Doldrums(talk) 17:37, 10 February 2007 (UTC)
- Sorry, but I'm in a hurry.
- "Missile weapons with a range of about five to eight thousand kilometres that really pose a threat to Europe do not exist in any of the so-called problem countries. And in the near future and prospects, this will not happen and is not even foreseeable. And any hypothetical launch of, for example, a North Korean rocket to American territory through western Europe obviously contradicts the laws of ballistics. As we say in Russia, it would be like using the right hand to reach the left ear."

I think the title should be something like Putin blasts 'almost uncontained hyper use of force' by US, something that tells readers from the title that Putin is criticizing US' foreign policy of "preemptive strikes" and "use of force as the best policy". I didn't change it though, bc I couldn't come up with a brief title that reflects this Towsonu2003 20:09, 10 February 2007 (UTC)
