Great work MessedRocker. <rant type="conspiracy/faking-it"> I think they're faking being down. I just went to http://www.eon8.com/stats/ and it gave a 404 in half a second (now it times out) in addition, pinging them gave an average of 138 miliseconds. Wikinews has 139 milliseconds. I also just sent them an invalid http/0.9 request and it responded with error message fairly fast. (however it didn't echo characters, but really it shouldn't respond at all if its down like that.). Now I can no longer connect on port 80 All very odd. Now It responded to my head request:

Othello complex

Great article AND fantastic experiment. Paranoia is nothing new and can be easily planted and fertilized in people's minds for evil purposes as we saw with "Iraq has WMDs". Apparently this fear of the unknown is common to everyone in a "big brother" society whether it's capitalist,communist or fascist (or a blend). It is indoctrinated into the children at a young age "don't talk to strangers"...etc. Neutralizer 01:11, 3 July 2006 (UTC)
