This article is made using entirely original materials. I was on location outside the luncheon today, where I spoke to both Daniel Walton (protest organiser) and Michael Foggarty from the Public Service Association.
I had also attempted to speak to some attendees at the luncheon but all approached refused to be interviewed.
Other details were captured by simple observation of the protest.
