Talk:President Bush says U.S. will defend Taiwan if attacked by China
Content and POV
editYes, this article quotes Bush, but I believes he's quoted out of context and the article implies an agressiveness that Bush didn't express in the source article iteself. Bush also said he opposes either side upsetting the "status quo"... I think a major rewrite is in order -- and perhaps more sources... Please... --Chiacomo 18:27, 15 Jun 2005 (UTC)
- Does need a clean-up. I'll be back in hour unless someone wants to do it sooner. Dan100 (Talk) 19:02, 15 Jun 2005 (UTC)
Changed it. I think perhaps the best idea is to quote all of Mr. Bush's words on the article in order to make it completely neutral. Op708 20:10, 15 Jun 2005 (UTC)
- Sweet. That'll do for me. Interesting article. Welcome to Wikinews! Dan100 (Talk) 20:17, 15 Jun 2005 (UTC)
Can the NPOV warning be taken down? Any objections out there that haven't been resolved? Cllewr 20:56, 15 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Five days old
editI think that's just recent enough to be still considered news, and it is quite interesting. Could've been a bit sooner though. Dan100 (Talk) 18:59, 15 Jun 2005 (UTC)
- It had been sitting in SAS for a while; I caught it when I was doing a sweep this morning. NGerda 20:57, Jun 15, 2005 (UTC)
