• I don't have any sources in English. But I used Google News to search any related to "Beriev 200", and I found two news about the signing of the contract: Irkut Corporation Leases Be-200 Aircraft to Portuguese Ministry (09/06/2006), Russian amphibious plane to fight wildfires in Portugal (08/06/2006).
