AFAIK, nothing has been said so it should be. The airport is a good distance away from the site of the incident, and well outside the evaucation area.Bcirker 15:21, 6 October 2006 (UTC)

RDU never closed. Some flights had to divert around the smoke, but that's just course correction. Triona 16:01, 7 October 2006 (UTC)
