Possible title change with Taiwan

I strongly urge to move the title to include Taiwan (e.g. Philippines and Taiwan hit by Typhoon "Kiko" (Morakot), dozens killed). There are reliable reports from major media that there are at least six people in Taiwan killed by the typhoon. And there are major floods in southern Taiwan. See the sources provided below. I will try to add reports about Taiwan later in the article, but I urge a title change for now.
