Talk:Palestinian radio station broadcasts praise for London terror attacks

Surely that report can't be true?! All week we have been hearing about how no real Moslem ever condones violence. Of course, we are expected to believe that.
Maybe, we should judge them by their actions, not their words.
- That's just not fair at all. EVERY faith or cause has extremists. Do you think all Christians think it's fine to kill doctors working at abortion clinics in cold blood, that all conservatives think it's fine to kill gays for being gay, or that all environmentalists support bombing industrial facilities and killing workers? Just because a faith is less familiar to you doesn't mean it's fair to generalise.
- The "no real Moslem" thing is another can of worms, but I tend to think that anyone who advocates the slaughter of innocents in the name of religion can't possibly claim to understand that which they blindly worship.

- Main stream Christians create a political enviroment where "being Chrisitan" is seen as equivelent to "being moral," which causes murders to be subtly encuraged at the highest levels of society. So main stream Christians are responcible for ideologically supporting the abortion clinic bombing, EVEN IF they personally oppose the bombings! Which is obviously not as responcible as the bombers themsevels. Duh! Sure, many enviromentalists are also responcible for ideologically supporting the bombing of industrial facilities too, but they also deserve credit for molding that ideological support into a form which prevents loose of life. BTW, Modern religions ARE built upon the slaughter of innocents as those were the religions which defeated the more peaceful religions. Directly advocating murder for religious reasons means you understand your religion better, and have not been corrupted by modern humanist ideas. -- Nyarlathotep 15:05, 25 July 2005 (UTC)
