I dug into the linked-to Thai constitution to discover how the allegation that failure to vote would mean not qualified to stand. Section 68 specifies that you must exercise your right to vote in order to maintain it.
Also, the image is mine. This is the party list which each voter obtains in addition to a constituency list (I have a scan for one of the Chonburi Changwats (constituencies) as well. --Brian McNeil / talk 21:37, 23 March 2006 (UTC)
