He will be remembered for generations to come. Rest in peace maestro!

His style of music was not one I appreciate, but I have a great deal of respect for his talent. He was outstanding at what he did and helped bring Opera to a wider audience with TV appearances and open-air concerts. --Brian McNeil / talk 11:09, 6 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

If he was undergoing Radiation therapy, his immune system was weaker, and pneumonia would have been devastating. I've been there. R.I.P. Maestro. Chadlupkes 13:32, 6 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Sigh.

I concur. irid:t 01:49, 7 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

As brian said, I was not a big fan of his singing, but he at times would move me with some. He was an excellent singer and it truly is a loss to the opera industry. He will be missed. DragonFire1024 (Talk to the Dragon) 02:13, 7 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
