Publishable?

What do you guys think? Can I publish the story in its current shape? I admitt, it does sound a little editorial-like, but I think I stayed neutral throughout the article. Difficult to understand

I appreciate the effort here, but this article is very difficult to understand. The style is too conversational. I'm not sure how to begin fixing it, since I doubt I really understand the various factors or the data itself. There is a lot of speculation here that is difficult to decipher.
