Oil is being spilt and nobody is doing anything about it! its simple math.i have allways been told nothing can overpwer another uless its stronger than what it wants to over power of corse. so they need something with more power and force.think of the pipe as a pop bottle. wen it is shaken pop squarts out of it with force. humans have more force so they plug it.but you need something to keep it pluged. like cork. it stays because it is a tight fit.
