Style

I think the style issues are fixed, rather than having a body link, it is now an "external link" for the source of information. The only other news item which may improve the article is the statement by the anonymous administration official regarding the need to evaluate oil-response capabilities, and the need to also analyze future drilling technologies. (ADN) Some c/e was done to tighten up the facts to the news articles in the references, and I will change the dispute tag to review. The article does bring up two interesting points of debate for the readers, and both sides seem to be here.... cold weather oil drilling pros and cons, and economy and oil production slow down V.S. environment protection and potential hazards.
