Talk:OIE: China, Indonesia and Africa "under-reporting" human and animal Bird Flu cases

Africa is not a country edit

Regarding the fact, that we shouldn´t repeat the errors of public media, I don´t think we should include the phrase "some countries, particularly China, Indonesia and Africa" in an article. There are dozens of countries on the continent of Africa, hence I will read it in newsbriefs like this: "some countries, particularly China, Indonesia and some countries in Africa" Please feel free to reformulate my phrase. addition: Now that I´ve re-read my comment, I think it might sound "paternal". This is not what I´ve intended. Only last year, when I flew into Sydney, a friend of mine - which is from Germany as well, and who is living and working in Sydney - flew in from Shanghai, a little bit later that very day, and told me, that in Shanghai (one city!) are living as many people as in Australia. I wasn´t aware of that fact before. But it certainly helped to "re-adjust" my brains. :-)
Hence, given the fact, that in the city where I live (600.000 people) are loads of people from Africa, and they are all so very different, I think we should pay respect to the diversity of the "huge-ness" of this/our planet.
