The problem of this article IMHO is that it's a verbatim copy from the Voice of America (a public domain source). In my opinion we should aim for original content written by Wikinewsies to be published. If people want to read VOA articles, they visit the VOA website. --Deprifry|+T+ 18:49, 4 November 2005 (UTC)
