Broadcast report

I don't know whether this should be called a broadcast report or an original report? Anyways, I had the live feed of pleaserobme.com up for a few minutes, and calculated about thirty new posts per minute (rather rough estimate though, and it seems to fluctuate a bit). That's only the template name; the actual text avoids this limitation. It only actually states "live webcast[s]" are included, but I think it's a far stretch to say that if just because it missed that definition on a technicality, a live feed somehow becomes OR. I wasn't at all against the old way, where such things were, in fact, considered original, but this is the way we've chosen to go.
