NPOV
editWhy is it NPOV to still call the Maoists "rebels" after conclusion of Nepalese Civil War? And am I the only one who thinks the title is confusing? It brought to my mind the idea that Kathmandu was shut down after a military strike by anti-government forces or something. May I suggest "Nepali capital Kathmandu shuts down for a strike called by Maoists" as an alternative title? 67.244.35.186 (talk) 17:39, 18 June 2009 (UTC)
