Please also include the in-person apology by the Pope today on top of the non-apology apology by the Vatican state secretary. Zer T 19:31, 17 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

I am not sure what you mean? Sorry...reread the comment and I added his public apology. :) Jason Safoutin 19:40, 17 September 2006 (UTC)Reply
"An Iraqi insurgent group threatened the Vatican with a suicide attack over the Pope's remarks on Islam, said a statement posted Saturday on the Web." Seems like the media is kindof slow reporting this... http://www.theglobeandmail.com/servlet/story/RTGAM.20060916.wbenedict0916/BNStory/International/ Zer T 20:52, 17 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Double standard edit

Why isn't the Pope demanding an appology from these terrorists? 128.83.103.75 14:09, 18 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Its not the terrorist's who demand the appology. Its the 1,476,233,470 other muslims who want the appology.

Maybe because Ratzinger started the whole thing? PVJ(Talk)(Articles I have written)   14:37, 18 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Where is it? edit

Why isn't there a link to the internet page where the supposed threat was made? This is internet news, if we're talking about something on the internet there must be a link. Why isn't there any link in any of the source articles? It makes everything much harder to believe. How do we know this wasn't made up by somebody else?

Good question. But given that the group, in the eyes of the US poses a threat to national security, I imagine the site will not be able to viewed in the US. I have not been able to locate it. Jason Safoutin 22:13, 18 September 2006 (UTC)Reply
