I don't think any sources indicate that Saakashvili ever called an "early victory". Quite on the contrary, a BBC reporter says "Mr Saakashvili appears to be waiting for the results to be made fully official before claiming victory". 142.157.198.10 02:33, 7 January 2008 (UTC)
