I can personally attest to the fact that MUCTC employees had no idea what was happening to the Metro. Several said that both Metro lines were down. The standard route for the provisional bus service for when the metro is shutdown was moved to Rene-Levesque boulevard, because it runs on Maisonneuve blvd, which was shut down because the crack was underneath it. As I have ridden on the provisional service I can attest to the route change. As I asked various transit employees about the route, and they had no idea where to catch the bus, I can attest to the confusion.
