Three quick points: I'm aware of the potential difficulties with image copyright, so I asked someone at Commons to double-check the OTRS permissions. The Telegraph is most certainly mistaken by describing the statement as coming "yesterday" and the date on the statement confirms that. All the info is in the sources - no need to go digging through the old Wikinews articles listed, those are purely for reader interest here.
