For jailing who now?

"A judge known for jailing pirates and Islamists", since when was being an Islamist a criminal offence in Somalia? Despite the fact that its a direct copy of the BBC sentence, and that makes it bad journalism on their end; it doesn't mean we need to drop down to their standards. 92.8.58.93 (talk) 01:08, 13 November 2009 (UTC)
