title fix to destination then space then in Seabanks (talk) 15:57, 23 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

The new title is problematic. Part of the investigation is looking at the possibility the pilots fell asleep; that is not forgetfulness. In fact, not knowing where you are and failure to respond is not forgetfulness either in the strictest sense of the word. Blood Red Sandman (Talk) (Contribs) 16:20, 23 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

I changed it because I couldn't find "distracted" in any immediate sources; it may exist, but it doesn't seem readily apparent. Perhaps just "fail to land"? Sherurcij 16:30, 23 October 2009 (UTC)Reply
Both sources now on the article say so; the NTSB certainly use the exact word. What I'd really like is a title that makes note of the fact that this was a drama which unfolded over several hours. Blood Red Sandman (Talk) (Contribs) 16:34, 23 October 2009 (UTC)Reply
